As accompaniment and support of leaders in social care we offer coachings in different settings and for different topics. Our individually tailored support services take place as individual or team coaching.
The following topics are mostly relevant:
- development of perspectives for leaders/the team in the organisation
- reflection of communication processes in meetings, between different hierarchies or work areas
- development of leadership styles, that optimally connect personal resources and competences with the requirements of the organisation.
